After sending the previous swings to a fellow golfwrx.com member I was able to make the following progress.
Here was his synopsis
Easy stuff. First thing you need to work on is getting the arms more in sync on the BS. Your arms are ahead of the shoulders, so the arms end up getting too deep. You need to feel like your left shoulder starts your backswing. Left shoulder moves the arm, arm moves your hand, hand moves the club. You should feel like you are leaving the clubhead behind. To get a feel you can setup with the back of the clubhead against a door frame and then start your BS with your left shoulder. It should feel very Ricky Fowler to you. When you do that you will get a really good feel for you to take to your real swing. Then from there it will just be learning to cut out the instinct of taking the club away first and reprogram the left shoulder to take its place.
Then you are going to need to work on getting your hips more lateral. Right now arms are deep, so you need to spin to get it back in front of you.
